Shipping Policy
Zady currently provides shipping within the continental United States. We offer free ground shipping and free returns. We also offer several flat rate UPS shipping options:

We offer free shipping to our international customers on orders over $100. Orders should arrive within 5 to 7 days of the ship date. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. The cost of customs, duties, taxes and returns are the responsibility of the receiver.
Non-refundable items —
  • ZADY will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags.
  • The merchandise will be returned to you without a refund/store credit at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale Items —
All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we provide free and easy returns for US customers only within 28 days of your initial purchase.

To begin, sign into with your login information. Visit "My Account" at the top right hand portion of the screen and select "Order History" from the drop-down menu. From there you may select the icon "Return Items." The screen will then prompt you to check the box of the item(s) you wish to return. From there, simply print out the shipping label and affix the label to a package with the items to initiate your return process.

We will send you an email to confirm the initiation process has begun as well as an email once the items have been approved for return. If you have any questions, or issues with your return, email to speak to a customer service representative.

If you checked out as a guest on Zady, click on "order status" at the bottom of the homepage, enter your order number and billing zip code in the spaces provided and follow the prompts to complete your return.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Zady and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Return Policy —
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ZADY garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Shoes boxes must also be returned in new condition.
