Considered Design
That’s our philosophy. We start with the user: instead of fabricating a “trend”, we design our clothing with living in mind. This means we’re focused on what we create and every last detail of design. Each detail is designed to bring joy. With these designs, we then create the best material the world has to offer, working through the supply chain starting right from the beginning, at the farm. Finally we construct each piece so every stitch is measured and secure—this is no fall-apart-in-three-washes arrangement. The end result is a product designed and constructed to delight not just for one season, but for years to come. Through this timeless approach we’re working to make getting dressed a pleasure while cutting down on the over-production of thoughtless design. So fewer products end up in our landfills and more of it ends up where it should be—on us.
Through this timeless approach we’re working to make getting dressed a pleasure.

Respected Makers
One in every six people in the world work in the apparel industry. But it’s an industry that is entirely in the shadows, which has made it one of the largest employers of child and forced labor. We celebrate the people who turn a natural product into beautiful clothing, by making transparency the new normal, we’re showing the industry that great design does not have to come at the cost mistreated workers.

Thoughtful Production
All the thoughtless design, based on fabricated trends, using oil-based synthetic material through the cheapest means possible, has all come at a very high cost. Textiles is now the second most polluting industry out there, beat only by the oil sector. And it’s not just impacting our planet, through our air and water the chemicals the industry uses are getting absorbed into our skin.

There is a better way. We’re working directly with our farmers, washers, spinners, knitters, and sewers to understand how we got here and to create a product that tackles each issue of our supply chain. This means we have our eye on pesticide use, water treatment, dye composition and the energy efficiency and sources of the factories with which we partner.
We work to create a product that tackles each issue of our supply chain.
